The party our kids threw for us on Saturday was such a great time. They completely outdid themselves. The location, the studio of Steven Moore was perfect, elegantly decorated, and intimate. The food was perfect, more than we could eat and beautifully presented. Caleb had a mix of music playing on his iPod that ranged from big band to Jack Johnson and played at the perfect decibal in the background. They served wine and Caleb brewed a special beer, Honey Wheat, just for the occasion. They had a time of toasting that made us laugh and cry and all 4 of them made us so proud. I had my cameras there, but no one to use them. My mother in law, bless her heart, picked up my DSLR and snapped a few shots, but couldn’t figure out how to use it. She tried and I appreciated it. Our friend James Taylor did take several photos with his really nice camera, and as soon as he emails me some, I’ll post them. All in all it was a great night and meant so much to Rick and I. For those of you who couldn’t be there, we missed you. For those of you who were, thanks for sharing it with us!
